To meet the energy saving and environmental protection requirements also dictated by the new regulations, working on an existing structure, Sa.Gest has built, through structural and functional renovation, a building that is completely autonomous from the energy point of view. The new Liceo classico in Senise uses now renewable energy sources for ambient air conditioning, such as photovoltaic energy and solar thermal energy; indoor and outdoor LED lighting fittings; an all-air air conditioning system  to ensure the reduction of indoor pollution and, through a building automation system, the environmental and system parameters of the building are monitored.
